How much does a cleaning cost?▼
Prices start from $110 for studio apartments and go up based on size and service type. Regular cleans start from $170. Deep cleans from $220. Use our calculator for an exact estimate.
Can I get a discount for recurring bookings?▼
Yes! Bi-weekly clients save 10% and weekly clients save 15% compared to one-time rates. Plus, all new clients receive 20% off their very first cleaning.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely after your cleaning is complete.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?▼
Absolutely not! We bring everything — professional-grade products, mops, vacuums, microfiber cloths, and all equipment. You just let us in and enjoy your clean home!
What’s the difference between regular and deep cleaning?▼
Regular cleaning covers all standard surfaces on a maintenance basis. Deep cleaning is more thorough — inside ovens, fridges, cabinets, grout scrubbing, and more. We recommend starting with a deep clean.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?▼
Yes! We use green-certified, eco-friendly, non-toxic products completely safe for children, pets, and allergy sufferers. If you have specific sensitivities, just let us know in advance.

Are your cleaners background-checked?▼
Yes, absolutely. Every team member undergoes a thorough background check, identity verification, and in-person interview before being hired. All cleaners are fully insured and bonded in California.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?▼
Not at all! Many clients provide a key or door code and come home to a spotless house. You’re also welcome to stay — whatever you prefer.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?▼
If you’re not 100% satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at absolutely no charge. No exceptions, no hassle.

How far in advance do I need to book?▼
We recommend 48-72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time. For same-day or next-day service, call us directly and we’ll do our best.
Can I cancel or reschedule?▼
Yes, with 24 hours notice there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small fee.
Is there a contract for recurring services?▼
No contracts, ever. Pause, change frequency, or cancel your recurring plan at any time — no penalties, no fees.
